Other company leaders have deep experience in restaurants and hospitality, too.


Resy is looking for a self-starter who is ready to jump in and drive our customer acquisition efforts. As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Business Development to develop, execute, and track comprehensive customer acquisition and retargeting strategies. This person possesses a combination of analytical, strategic, and creative out-of-the-box ideas in order to drive revenue and customer acquisition goals.  

Our Growth Marketing Manager will help develop our performance marketing roadmap and execute strategies across all marketing channels. The ideal candidate has a demonstrated track record of successfully creating, executing and tracking B2C marketing programs where conversions and new users are the main KPIs.   • Own and execute our paid customer acquisition strategy
  • Create all paid media, direct response ads, and content marketing across Instagram, Facebook, and Google.
  • Test framework to make marketing as efficient as possible
  • Manage and optimize acquisition funnel metrics
  • Implement a retargeting program
  • Track performance, interpret data, and create optimization plans to ensure programs scale efficiently
  • Work cross functionally with Account Management and Marketing teams to create programs that map effective and impactful content to the appropriate stage of the buyer’s journey.  


  • You have 5-8 years of Customer Acquisition, Social Media, or Digital Marketing experience.
  • You have a proven track record of creating, launching and driving successful cross-channel customer acquisition strategies with quantifiable impact.
  • You have experience working in a fast paced, high-growth startup environment and can adapt and innovate easily.
  • You have the drive to do what is needed in a constantly evolving environment while maintaining a “big-picture” view and positive outlook.
  • You are an expert in the paid media tools landscape, especially with Google and Facebook Analytics.
  • You understand consumer, SMB, and enterprise customer acquisition strategies and best practices.
